Don"t care attitude

I have been trying to book my phone in for repair but need a loan phone. I went in and asked if they had one and was told that it was out and they would contact me when it came back. I waited a week, no call so I went in to ask, the story was that it was still out. A week later I went back again, same story but with bad attitude. I find it hard to believe that a company like Nashua mobile would only have one loan phone available for their customers. I felt like they were basically saying well if you don"t like it then go somewhere else.
