I am tired of cell c people that cant help

Every moth i phoned them because there is problems with my account. iam jaques mannsberger. id 8203185014083 cell number is 0845334961 my subscription state that i must pay R149 per month but i dont even use my wifi but they stil deducted more then n thousand rand off my account this moth is the same they deducted R737 of my account again. everytime they said they going to cal u back but nothing happend. i dont have that tipe of money lying around. please can u assest me. my contact number is 0769426249
