NO RESPONSE TO CANCELLATION E-MAIL

I sent an e-mail last week 26.05.2013 to cancel my order and NO ONE got back to me regarding this... I then got a call this morning stating that my debit order will be coming off. I told her it cannot go off as i have 2 debit orders coming off and will have too little money one or the other with. I also initially stated for the money to come off at the end of July, not end of June... I do not want this money coming off today!!! They said refund can take up to 5-7 working days... I cannot afford to not pay one of my debit orders (Medical Aid and a loan)... Why did no one contact me... I am unable to answer my phone at work and I am sure I gave an alternate number to contact me on...
