Vodacom
No asssistance in cleaning up their mess

I received a tablet on data contract from vodacom with a recycled number. I get calls from people I dont know, speaking strange languages I dont know. I get insulting sms' all day. I have tried on numerous occasions to get assistance from vodacom and their staff, but to no avail. I tried contacting the call centre but I told to go to a vodacom shop, at the vodacom shop I was told that nothing could be done with the number. I am getting awful services and annoying calls everyday as if I am not paying for the services I am getting. I am annoyed and I can not come to terms with the fact that I am stuck with this number and such service for the next two years.
