No Joy :(

I have been trying to get a sim swap for my cell c number with no luck. I was told that someone would contact me within 48 hours to activate my sim. this didn't happen. I didn't even get a reference number. I've been on hold at the call centre all day still with no luck. Please assist as I need my number back urgently.

Another issue is that I was informed that my prepaid sim is now a control chat contract. I didn't sign anything to authorize this nor do I make any monthly payments. I request that my prepaid sim be given back to cell c as the sim swap process is faster and better managed with them and I would like an explanation on how this happen to prevent it from happening again. Surely this cannot be legal?
