SERVICE NOT SUPPLIED, BUT BILLED FOR!!!

I requested call forwarding service Fri 6th July, was told it would be activated 24hrs later, and it is still not active 7 days later! We have followed the activating instructions given by Telkom daily, to no avail. After panic calls from suppliers and clients to my cell no, I call Telkom again today to follow up to be told that the service is not yet activated. I have lost untold potential business calls - who knows the extent of the damage this has done to me? And I have many clients and suppliers who have called me in the past week thinking my small business has closed down... all this due to Telkom's lack of service! 0 out of 10 for service and delivery! What a pity Telkom does not have any competition in this country!
