Contract sign up for no phone

They made us sign a phone contract for the phone which was out of stock but promisedd us dat it will be delivered by 2pm. We went there by 3pm the phone was not there and they made us wait like foool withoit attending to us, Mohamed I believe he is the manage refuse to take responsibility dat they promised us a phone by 2. He stated pointing fingers on who was wrong not finding a way foward. I secrifised my bus ticket and sold it half price so I must nt loose al of it jst to wait for a stupit phone that did not arrive. We cancel the contract but I still feel that they should refund me my R200 back 2 go home as they delayed me for nothing.
