Today I called Telkom complaining about my new 10meg uncapped being slower than my 4meg uncapped. The ports were recreated and it made no difference so then the consultant put me through to a specialist who then could not help and she put me through to a specialist. Once I explained the issue it seemed that the consultant put me on hold after saying nothing at all to me or even acknowledging me. If I phone again I believe that I will be put through the same process.

Please sort out my issue:

1) Current speed slower then previous speed even after it was looked at. Does this mean that my line is being shaped more than a 4meg line? I tried Afrihost and I was getting great speeds. If there is an issue with my uncapped please fix.

2) Call centre staff not trained on:

Warm transfers (having to explain my self 3 times)
Last consultant being terrible and pretty much leaving me hanging.

Please respond in a timely fashion or you will loose a adsl client.
