THE ONLY REASON I'M STILL WITH VODACOM

I first came to know Gugu Vilakazi when I called the contract cancellation line to have my contract cancelled because I had and still have a query with vodacom which is yet to be resolved.
When I called in, she politely asked me why i wanted to leave vodacom and after the long story she understood why i would want nothing more to do with vodacom.
She explained the procedure and we were agreed, then before the call ended she asked me if there was anything she could do to keep me on the network. she gave me many options and and really went out of her way to make sure I got a deal I was happy even got back to me after a weekend and she kept getting back in touch until we had agreed on something.
And at last I got thee best deal imaginable. So I'm happy. AND I thank her for changing my attitude towards vodacom.
