Horrible service from Vodacom

So for the past 2yrs I had a company phone which the company was paying a certain amount for, anything exceeding that I would pay. On my 22month of the contract I resigned from the company and opted to keep the phone as there was only 2 months left and contract was over. Myself and the company got in touch with Vodacom and explained the situation. Spoke to some Indian guy in their corporate sales, he advised this shouldn't be a problem. Seeing that there is only 2 months left, he'll convert the SIM card to prepaid. There was about R80 which he asked me to go and pay at Vodacom which I did the same day. 2 months down the line guess who calls? Vodacom again asking for the same information. I explain to Nje this was previously confirmed and done and that my phone is on prepaid. He tells me nothing was done, he will do the migration and confirm. Even asks me for the company contact person which I gave to him. No investigation was done whatsoever as to what happened to the initial migration. Now I get an invoice that I owe Vodacom R3500, for what? Is it my fault that my request was not attended to? You've got to be kidding me Vodacom. I need to know what happened to the initial reques
