Not teh best of service

I have been with MTN for over 2 years, I have never owed them and they have never given me anything but the best service. 2 months ago, "for being a great client..." Silas Rapoli called me and offered me a laptop contract with 500MB. During that phone call I was made to believe that the line would be a top up line only to find out 2 months later that it was actually an open line.
I requested to listen to the contract recording before Christmas. Silas told me that his supervisor would only be in today Monday 30/12/13. I should call him to remind him on the day (thats very professional!)
I called him over 2 hours ago to remind him and he said he will call back. I havent been called yet. Kindly tell me how long it takes to pull out a recording? I am afraid of tales of tamepring with recordings that I have heard.
I dont think the 2 mentioned above are taking this as seriously as I would like.
