I BOUGHT A PHONE AT AUTO-PAGE 3 MONTHS BACK, AND SINCE I HAVE BEEN HAVING SERVICE PROBLEMS WITH THEM, THEIR FIRST PROBLEM IS THAT THEY HIRE INCOMPETENT STAFF WHO CANT EXPLAIN TO THE CUSTOMER CORRECTLY ABOUT THE CONTRACT HE/SHE WANTS TO TAKE. MY PROBLEM IS THAT I TOOK OUT A MY ANYTIME 200 MTN CONTRACT FOR AN S4 DEN I HAD A PROBLEM WHEREBY WHEN MY AIRTIME IS FINISHED I CANT USE MY DATA AND I WENT TO INQUIRE ABOUT IT I WAS TOLD THAT IS HOW THE CONTRACT WORKS AND WAS ADVISED TO TAKE A MY TOP UP 200 WHERE I WILL ONLY BE GETTING SMS AND AIRTIME AND I WILL ONLY BE PAYING 200 A MONTH NOT THE 389 I WAS PAYING AND THE CHANGE OF CONTRACT FEE IS GONNA BE 600 SO I PAID IT BUT WHEN MY INVOICE CAME IT WAS 398 WHEN I WENT TO INQUIRE I WAS TOLD ABOUT THE PHONE FEE WHICH DA LADY WHO HELPED ME FAILED TO TELL ME ABOUT IT AND I TOLD THE MANAGER MR RAMESH JAGJIVAN ABOUT THIS CAUSE I FEEL THAT I HAVE BEEN MISLEAD AND ROBBED BECAUSE NOW I AM PAYING MORE THEN THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN AUTOPAGE AND THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST CONTRACT WITH THEM!!
