I had a problem trying to block my tablet on the 15th of December 2013 and getting the ITC number, when i asked for the ITC the supervisor promised me the ITC number nut i never received it. I did a sim swap for the tablet on the 24th of December 2013 and never received my airtime or data bundles. I called the call center and the call center agent failed to assist me. I received a call today from Alessandro (Alex) Mitchell to unlock my line and he went further on to give me my ITC number and all this was completed and fully functional within the hour as he promised. Thank you.
