To say that I'm beyond disappointed and boiling with rage is a mild Statement!!!

I'm Currently getting Charged for an internet service Cell C are not providing.
After 4 months of calls and almost a full page of writing down reference no's just to keep track of the complaint,
I eventually get a response to which Cell C sent out a technician to sort out the problem.

Cell C acknowledged that there was a problem and said I would be credited for not receiving any connection.
Several months now have passed and still i'm waiting...

The Technicians openly admitted that Cell C had over sold in the area in which i stay and that the tower which emits the signal has now become congested with too many users.

After the technicians left everything was working fine for the next two months, and now i'm back to square one,
I've been calling and getting reference no's for almost two weeks.

In the meantime Cell C is still taking my monthly subscription and I'm not receiving any service... how does this work... when i walk into a store and take something i have to pay or else it's... how can they take the money and give no service in return...

How is this right... it's!!!
