No HSPA in the Foreshore Area Cape Town CBD

Hi Cell C

I work in 57 Heerengracht Foreshore Cape Town, I spend a minimum hours in this building every day and everyone I speak to that's on Cell C in the building and the near vicinity experiences the same thing. The Network is always on EDGE can't even access whatsapp messages and this has been happening for the past four months, can't remember the last time I had HSPA for even 5 minutes. I'm stuck with Edge the whole time I'm in this area, could some please look at this and fix it please because as soon as my contract ends next year I'm switching to 8ta as this is not on
