Cell C rubbish data network in Sandton areas

I cannot get onto internet during the day near Craighall Park, and onto the network in Douglasdale in the evening
My Blackberry curve (edge) is faster than their network!
I have complained several times, they have argued there is nothing wrong with their network
HSPA is not good enough Cell C
