Good day,

On the 20th December 2013, I received a call from MTN agent confirming whether I've applied for an additional contract phone with them, upon confirming the contrary, he then invited me over and showed me that someone have impersonated me and applied for contract worth R27000.00.

During the meeting, he also detailed the process I need to follow and availed himself throughout the process.

Police case was opened, the suspect was apprehended the following day. And this is all thanks to MTN and particularly to the agent that assisted me.

Following this incident I am definitely convinced that it is absolutely rewarding to be served by MTN, and I am hoping that all agents and employees serving customers should be as responsible, vigilant and willing to serve, support and most importantly protect each and every client beyond expectation.

Immediately I have also convinced 3 close people to migrate over to MTN, and I am committed to continuing recruiting more users to MTN.
