Repairs duration time long overdue

24th of November 2013, I took my Samsung tablet for repairs and I was told it will take 21 days to be fixed. I called the Cell C outlet telling them that repair time is now overdue, a White Lady kindly assisted me saying that they apologise for the inconvenience and bad feed back communication from their stuff and the matter will resolved by next week. Next week again, I called in spoke to one of the stuff members poor service she's not clued up at all about her product in-store she just answers what comes into mind. But really now, we are not expecting such services from a big company your stuff must be trained and have product knowledge to handle such matters and run operations on daily basis.
