Bad Service from Samsung!!!

I'm really disappointed by the service I'm receiving from Samsung Smartcare Centre (Milnerton).
I took my tablet in for repairs 3 weeks ago after only having it for 10 days and the touch screen stopped working. I've received no feedback from Samsung regarding the progress of my repair. I've called several times and each time I'm told a different story. I was told twice that I'd be called back but I'm still waiting for the call. Originally, I was told the repair would take 8 to 10 working days and it's now been in repairs longer than what I had it. I was told they're waiting on a new lcd panel. When I called again I was told the part arrived and that my tablet should be ready by the end of the week. Then again I was told my part didn't arrive yet and when I asked, I again was told they're waiting on a main board and that they aren't sure when It's coming or when my repair will be done. Now I have been patient but I've had enough of all these different stories and no feedback. It's on contract and I am not at all impressed with the fact that I have to pay for a product/service that I don't have. With all its faults I want a new tab or I might as well cancel my contract.
