Faulty Wifi route

On the 28/11/2013 I picked up my new computer and wifi modem. Having discovered the modem was faulty I contacted Wayne on 2/12/2013. He advised me to return the modem to the store for replacement right away as it was still within the 7 day return window. When I arrived at the store I was advised by Sarah that he was not in and she offered to help. She has little product knowledge, but tried to help. She then took in the modem and assured me that I would have the replacement within a week. She did not ask to me sign any forms. I did think that was wrong, but she assured me that it was fine. Since then I have been in to the store twice a week and phoned several times. Wayne has not returned any calls and to me when I asked him about returing calls my daughter made on my behalf. As it stands now I have a computer that I am paying for, but unable to use and no wifi router. I spoke to Wayne today and have still had no help from him. I am shocked and utterly disgusted by the bad service I have recieved. Please help me to resove this issue.
