This morning I submitted all relevant claim documents and call to confirm if they have received them which the consultant confirmed they have received them and i will get a call before end of business today, around 16:49 i called because i have heard nothing to my surprise Tebogo (Consultant) told me they don't have my claim documents i should send them again.

i have been inconvenience and this claim is going to be delayed unnecessary
