Pathetic Service!!

One word... PATHETIC!. HEADOFFICE, Hermanus General Manageress... and Mr Rabe, once again!
Straight to the point..how am I and so many others[writing on behalf
of many aquantances], suppose to run a business, when our parcels
NEVER get delivered?? We have sent in dozens of complaints and
HEADOFFICE DOES NOTHING! They phone you back with a lousy
excuse of 'oh sorry for what happened to you, won't happen
again"... needles to say, it DOES HAPPEN AGAIN!...MY POST
ARRIVES LATE!.
I have an online business and so my parcels have to reach my customers
in the time specified... 2/3 days later is ok, but when it takes double
the time or even longer???.. Also Mr. Rabe tells me, in Hermanus they
only deliver twice a week? He is so bad, he doesn't bother to write out
tickets, so we are having to go into our local Post Office and ask for
our parcels by ourselves... and then he delivers the ticket the same day to cover his tracks! I have old people living next
to me..they are in their 80's... medicine arr 2 weeks later. Another
person to blame, Ms Marijke Venter at Headof..she never answers her
phone or the nr keeps on ringing!!!. PUBLIC PROTECTOR seems to be the only answer!
