Dear Peter

In the begining of the year I upgraded to a S3 cell phone and had insurance on the phone.

My phone was from me only to find that MTN did not send through my updated phone details to the insurance company. They then reject the claim stating they dont know about my phone. It has been over a month and no one is taking accountability yet I am still liabilabe to pay MTN on a monthly basis for a phone I do not have.

I am diappointted as I belive this is simple and should not be causing so much stress, I sent so many emails to MTN complaints and management and none have responded. If the insurance doesnt want to approve my claim based on the Cresta Branch not sending the forms, then MTN must give me my phone as I made no mistakes on my side.

Please help me as I do not know how to handle this further
