Incorrect Contract loaded and Pathetic Service

I took a contract at the Telkom in Midrand on the 18/12/13. I wanted the Smart Plan 250, Precious loaded the Smart Saver contract, I picked this up when she mailed me told her she loaded the wrong contract, she replied saying it was changed, I then got sms's saying I didnt have data, I went into your centurion branch and was informed by Gabriel that the smart saver was still loaded on my contract, I go back to Midrand on the 23/12 and now Precious is not there, Ashiena helps me and says she must reverse the port of my no. Then cancel contract & reissue contract I Took. She confirms this will be done on the 24/12, I refused to lose my no. as I had this no. for years. I mail her on the 24/12 & she says she is still waiting so I replied to her mail saying cancel contract, do not want the smart plan 250 & ensure my no. Is ported back on that day as promised, I will come in to return phone (which btw also had battery issues). I go in, Ashiena is now half day & Tiyani phones her, she says port is done and contract cancelled, I go back to centurion on 24/12 & Gabriel checks not done, I now can't do new contract as I do not have a phone & I am Furious, Midrand branch is pathetic, Thanks Gabriel
