Bad customer care

Im in lesotho Maseru for chrismas.i bought a vodacome simcard.i bought a recharge voucher, it does not work, so i called the call centre.spoke to 5 people including the team leader.fo some reason my sim cannot be recharged n it is suspended.so im stuck with a recharge voucher n no help.
