No Response or Help re: Settings on Cellphone

I received an SMS from Edgards that I can upgrade to a top up contract, and I need to reply YES or NO, on the SMS. I did reply YES, but did not receive any other info from them. The morning of the 16th of July, my BIS did not work. I phoned MTN, and they said that my phone was changed from PrePaid to Contract, and I must contact Autopage. I phoned Autopage, and they said I must phone Edgars, as they changed the settings. They gave me the 0860332244 to phone. I phoned, and the operater said 48 hours, they will phone me back with the new settings.

I phoned the 17th again, and the 18th, and again the 19th, on which the operater said they will phone me before 12 oclock on the 20th.

I phoned again on the 20th, and the operater again, gave me 0112622699 to phone. I phoned, and the number only rang. I phoned back, and another operater said that I can only contact the head office Monday to Friday.

Nobody wants to assist me, and stil I can not use my phone's applications.
