I have been having billing queries with mtn for the last 7 months. On my last report Veronica responded to say my account has been credited however this has not changed. I have been billed the same amount again and the credit note does not reflect. I called in to the calk centre and spoke to Ashwin and he was so rude. He will not let you explain what your issues are instead he talks over you and that is unacceptable. He contradicts his other colleagues as he said my bill is a month in advance yet it is not. I am really tired of mtn and clearly once you have billing queries that will always happen.
