Firstly around 8 months ago I sent my blackberry in for repairs at Nashua Mobile N1 city and was in a hurry so I just dropped my phone off with the manager and he did all the rest but only to find when it got back the phone had no SD Card in it and they said I'm lying that there was no card in the phone. - and the manager booked it in hey!!!

secondly, have you ever tried calling any of the branches. man oh man you can never get through and they hardly ever answer. yesterday morning I googled all the store no.'s in the Cape and tried calling them but none of the stores answered the phone just like now I'm trying to call the Century City branch but no answer, it just rings. I think you should stand outside your stores and watch the staff they all don't answer incoming calls. I don't know if this is passed down through management or a pathetic telephone system but this is bad after service.
