Rude, ignorant, no customer service skills

We had visited the walk in centre 3 times, last week, firstly we were greeted by the friendly security guard at the front desk, where are the employees well on their mobile phones of course. On the 17/12/13 we walked into an empty store around 19:20, 3 customer service agents see us and ignore us blatantly whilst continuing with their conversations and using their personal mobile devices. Riwaan when approached was rude, raised his voice, hadn't confirmed that we had 3 contracts with vodacom but told us that any client can not pay their account for 4 months then pay and request to cancel that's not how it works. He said that even though we are receiving incorrect information from the call centre we must call again as they are currently closed and he cannot call us back as they are a walk-in centre then why does he have a phone at his desk? Had the incompetent fool looked did his job before commenting he would have viewed that the query was on another contract. Why is the trading hours extended if the service agents refuse to assist, it appeared that he was just waiting for us to leave so that he could continue fraternising with Havisha. Hope the store cctv is viewed as conformtion.
