CELL C NEVER CEASES TO AMAZE - NOT A COMPLIMENT

This follows on my post of Wednesday 11 December at 8.58am. I received an sms saying my query was being attended to and have now endured almost another 2 weeks of complete silence, on a query that was initiated 4 months ago.

This is revolting, Cell C. How on earth is it possible that you overcharge a client for crazy data charges and are unable to provide further information (other than the statement that the charges are valid, which I dispute) for four months?!?!?!?!

I am appalled and hugely regret porting to Cell C. I will certainly be ensuring that all of my friends avoid Cell C and never have to deal with this appallingly shoddy service. I also cannot wait to port back to MTN - they may not have had equally cheap packages at the time I ported but it would have been cheaper in light of what has happened and I never had such issues communicating with them.

Do you feel like attempting to redeem yourself and attend to my query or can I just expect yet another assurance that it will be dealt with, with no further communication, and my report being closed off???

You should be ashamed of this service.
