This follows my post on Friday 6 Dec. Prior to that, I posted on HelloPeter on 24 Oct, 31 Oct, 7 Nov and 29 Nov. This was preceded by a month of emails/phone calls for a query I first lodged on 18 Sep (yes, almost 3 months ago).

After my post on Friday, I received a call on Saturday 7 Dec from a clueless call centre consultant asking me what my query is - she had no idea nor any record of the past communications. Really, Cell C? With all of our communications over the past 3 months, you have no idea what my issue is?

Let me refresh your memory. I want to know what the following 3 data charges relate to:

1. 9 Sep 2013 18h20 (duration 668823)
2. 15 Sep 2013 15h20 (duration 659863)
3. 17 Sep 2013 18h42 (duration 658310)

Yes, thank you - you have informed me these are valid but I dispute that (as would a review of my entire usage history with Cell C) and expect further information as to what these charges are and how on earth I could have incurred them, when my phone was not even in use on at least one of the occasions.

I expect this to be dealt with by a person of appropriate seniority and ability - a call centre consultant has no use here.
