SIM Swap – Vodacom don’t care

A SIM Swap was done on my SIM last week, they could do nothing to help me telephonically so I had to go to a branch where it took about an hour to issue me with a new SIM card and I was told my Data and Airtime would be transferred in about an hour. It is now over 2 days later and it is still not done.

I can't believe the "don't care" attitude Vodacom has towards SIM swaps, not even going to investigate as far as I can see. Then, when they allow this to happen, they still mess me around further by not doing a simple transfer of the data and airtime I had.

How can this happen, how are you going to protect my SIM in future? And when are you going to transfer my data and airtime?
