I queried my account and why I suddenly have 2 cell phone contract with Nashua Mobile. I always had 1 contract with 2 phones on it. I emailed my query to Gerhard Sodelund on the 18.06.2013 at 16h01 and today being the 01.07.2013 i haven't receive any feedback from him. On my email i receive a read receipt and when the receiver open the email and he did, same day few minutes after it was sent but my email was blatantly ignored. My account will probably still be debited my Nashua Mobile because they must get their money never mind if their service is so. Why suddenly 2 debit orders Nashua Mobile? Are you going to pay my bank fees. Someone call me and i will resend the email I sent Gerhard.
Thank you Nashua for once again offering terrible service. I'm sure people are not even shocked anymore, service is unfortunately who you are!!! should be your slogan.
