How do I begin to portrait the deceitfulness of Telkom SA

I am a residential land line owner that has been sold into verbal contracts and mislead by your consultants as to the tarrifs and conditions of your services. This the 4th time it has happened and still i am unable to receive those recordings that you mention take place. I am now opening a case against Telkom SA as they have failed to resolve my dispute that I have logged 16 JANUARY 2013 Ref# 26757921.

The Dispute above was logged as mentioned due to the misleading information given to me by a Telkom sales person. I had initially phone to cancel my "come closer" package which allows free calls after business hours to land-line numbers. The sales person then asked me why I wish to do so and i replied "because i do not utilize the package therefore it is of no use to me". The sales person suggested I take the "Anytime Package" which allows for 1300 free minutes any time of the day. Her reason for this was "You are already spending that amount on calls anyway. I asked "Does this include cell phones? ". to which the reply was "Yes". On what foot do the public stand on? where you are unable to recieve your contractual agreeme
