Last Sunday our adsl line went down. No service and no one from Telkom bothered to phone us to come abd fix even though we logged the fault. And the last 2 months we've had service for abt a week or 2 and they still billed us full and we paid. Where was the credit fir no service? Why is Telkom us? I've spoken to a lawyer and he says that we do have a case as no service has been provided for almost 2 full months and going onto the third month. This is ridiculous. For a country thats going into 2014 they r actually going backwards. The government should get other tele communications company maybe we'll end up with better service. All i want now is for them to cancel our contract as we r paying for a service that we not getting. Telkom is just us every month. I want my money back or i will be taking this further as i've lost patience with the rotten service we getting from Telkom. They should stop selling contracts to ppl in areas like Heuweloord, as even their technicians say that Heuweloord dont have good service. Fed up with fat cats who design stuff that dont work and make ppl pay for service they dont provide.
