Last week wednesday our adsl line dropped. We logged in the fault and its now been a week and there is no contact from Telkom. This is not the first time it has happened. They dont hav the courtesy to even call to say wat the problem is. This is absolute nonsense. When it comes to billing they are ever ready to bill u. But when it comes to fixing the problem they r not available. I want a refund until they fix this problem they must not charge me for the time i dont hav internet and if this problem is not attended to then this will fall under breach of contract as we r paying for a service we r not getting. I then will be left with no option but to contact a lawyer for help. It is utterly disgusting how Telkom operates. No contact for a week surely there r ppl working in Telkom. All of them cant be dumb. Plz get ppl who know what they r doing to work for urll. This is unexceptable. Really disgusted with the kind of service delivery. If they cannot do the job release us from our contract so that we can get a more reliable company to do a better job. sickened by their attitude.
