Not only is there an understanding problem at mtn, there is also a reading problem. As per my previous complaint THE SIM CARD WAS NOT REMOVED FROM THE IPAD TO PUT INTO A PHONE TO SEND AN SMS!!! How many times do I need to explain this. Seeing that you are so adamant about it, please supply the imei no of the phone where the sim was inserted to send the sms??? The service is totally a disgrace and I can not believe that I need to argue with. AN IPAD CAN NOT SEND AN SMS... do we all understand this now??? Maybe the staff should be trained better!!! Or get training in the first place
