Since moving to the latest updated version on my Apple iPad 2 - ver. 6, I am totally unable to check my data bundles that are left on my iPad under the micro sim I am using from Cell C in my device.
I have middle (may be late) last year complained via Cell C's e-mail channel, and got a reply that they are looking into the problem with Apples iPad 2 problem.
Beginning this year, I already send-ed through numerous e-mails that was read, but aren't getting any response back in what is going on with this case (problem). Now, not knowing what my status of balance is, I am not buying any bundles at the moment...
I really would like to get this working, as it wasn't like this when I was on my ver. 5...
I would like to know what is Cell C going to do with this problem not only affecting me, but lot of other as well...
