Mtn is absolutely pathetic continues

As to the response on my previous complaint, if mtn bothered to check the sim card was not removed from the ipad to a phone to send an sms. Why on earth will I do that when I have 300 FREE sms on my cellphone contract.??? In the future please check ALL facts before responding!!! I am waiting on mtn to refund me!!! Mtn is my money as they are charging me for something that is impossible!!!
