I contacted the iburst sales department a couple of days ago regarding my desktop modems' power cable which I bought exactly a year ago. The cable is faulty and my modem goes from full power one moment to no power the next. I want to know whether the power cable is covered by some sort of repair/replacement guarantee as it has been only 1 year and very limited use and all of a sudden it is giving me problems for no reason whatsoever. I have been a very loyal customer of iburst for 5 years, now that I have a problem they choose to ignore me completely. Lousy, lousy service as a way to thank me for staying with them for so long and recommending them to many other people.
