Vodacom imposed a contract on me two years ago. Well, i let is slip and handed the phone to my child. Months after the contract ended they are still debiting my acccount. I called in to cancel the contract only to find out that they have renewed the contract for another 24 months without my consent and according to Thozama, I was called on the 18/11/2013, I have never spoken to anyone for over two years. Please cancel this and refund me my money.
