I have been trying to register for the past 3 weeks for online billing. Let alone the website being the MOST UNuser friendly website i have EVER come across, i have now proven that the many of the Telkom employees have NO clue what their job is or anything about the company that they work for. The 1 employee even had the cheek to argue with me that the 10217 number was no longer in operation!

I got passed around today to 12 people before reaching the 'correct' dept. Over the past 3 weeks, every person who has assisted me has said that the problems i am having have been sorted and that the service will be active within 24 hours. 1 guy yesterday even logged in with my username and pw to sort out the issues. YEAH RIGHT! 3 weeks and still nothing!
