I was one of those people who were excited to have an opportunity to have an ADSL at my home in which my kids an wife have found it helpful and convenient at this changing times of advance technology at our country but lately for the past two weeks it has been the most frustrating time as my ADSL is not working and I have logged a complain through Telkom Technical staff an I was promised that someone will come and have a look at my problem and its over two weeks now and today some lady from the Technical staff said to me some people have been waiting from December but come on is that the correct manner to speak to your clients.
I am very much diasappointed of Telkom I wish my complaint can be resolved asap.
