Low speed ADSL

I recently installed a 2Mbps ADSL line from Telkom. My download speed was too slow i decided to esquire, i was told that i should get between 450kbps and 20 000Kbps, of which i never get anything above 2kbps.

i have logged more than 5 queries and even today my problem is not resolved.
