Struggling a month to get my adsl line with telkom

It's been almost a month that i called Telkom wth regards to getting my Adsl Line installed. There back office made a mistake with issuing the wrong phone number. Every time i call the call centre they give me the same
story i can only esculate the matter to back office. There is no communication between back office, the call centre and the technicians!!
I'm so disappointed that it can take a month for back office to rectify there mistake and have the nerve to phone me and tell me that a technician will be coming out on this day and still no one comes!! I call the call centre they tell me that the number has not been fixed so how is it possible for them to send some one out to install the line when they know they have done nothing on there side to fix the problem!! They are wasting my time because every time i call i get the same sad story over and over!!! Its sad that we still have to put up with service like this!!! I cannot say im suprise, i suppose when the tech must come out next week so they say on the 5th Feb i will still be waiting for the number to be corrected!!!
Thank you Telkom for the service which you have given me this month im disgusted!!!
