SONY Experia T dont want to fix - Second complaint

To think this is my second attempt with mtn to get a response from them on their utter weak and low service level towards a customer.
They do however make me think if i should ever buy a cellphone or even a sim card promoted by them. If nobody at this Company cares to the word customer service, I think their is no way I can compare there service with any other cellphone company.
I wil think strongly about having another contract with them
