5th complaint about the sony experia z

This is the 5th time I log a complaint with Mtn nd nothing is been done. All the feedback I get is they requesting my imei number. How did they even book my phone in the 1st place if they don't have it. the no is 356535050716690.

Can someone please contact me back and give me constructive feedbacka and action plan regarding this as I am feedup with Mtn and their poor customer service. I've been paying for more than 4 months now and I do not even have the cellphone i'm paying for. I hope this will be the last time I have to complain about the same issue.
