I upgraded my contract in October 2013. I signed a agreement for a certain package at a certain rate. But upon getting my bill I noticed that I am paying more than agreed. I have tried without success to speak to someone at Virgin mobile to sort this out. My emails are ignored, when I eventually get through to some at the call center then my call gets transferred to an empty office, as nobody ever picks up the phone.
