RIPPED off after the upgrade

After so much issues with my upgrade and all the fees etc concerned, I went to upgrade my contract on 06/12 to a R200 airtime, 200 sms'es, 200 MB internet with extra 150 MB bonus and 30 minutes mtn to mtn package. I then took the phone and as soon as left the store got an sms that 150 MB of internet has been loaded into my account. I got to the office and checked my account on the net and to my dismay I found out that Mtn has only transferred R157 worth of airtime, 22 sms'es and only 150 MB of data. When I went back to the store to complain about this RIP OFF, I was told that this is a pro rata which I found to be a very ridiculous explanation as I still had 20 days before my next rechange. the lady at the store then submitted a query on my behalf but to this day forth nothing has happened and I still haven't heard from MTN. The sad part is that I have been seriously ripped off after being with this company for so long. I am very very unhappy with MTN
