Faulty phone- cancelled contract- still being cha

I took out a contract it was found that the phone was faulty, within the seven day period i then returned it to store. From that moment the store had the phone, then I cancelled the contract .six months down the line my accounts are still being debited. I have contacted the store numerous times they act oblivious, do not return calls and no one knows anything. I am loosing R400 per month for something I do not have.
